FACS members honored for Commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access at 2024 IDEAL Honor Roll
Congrats to our 2024 IDEAL nominees selected for the second annual Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access in a Learning Environment (IDEAL) Honor Roll for staff!
The UHR Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (UHR-DEIB), now the Office for IDEAL Advancement, launched the IDEAL Honor Roll for staff in 2023. Honorees are celebrated at a special event that coincides with the annual IDEAL DCP Conference, which brings together staff DEIB Community of Practice members from across the university each fall.
Stanford University is proud to announce the 351 honorees selected for the second annual Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access in a Learning Environment (IDEAL) Honor Roll for staff. These individuals have been recognized for their exceptional contributions to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) within the Stanford community. Through leadership, innovative practices, and impactful initiatives, these honorees have played a vital role in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all.
The IDEAL Honor Roll acknowledges the ongoing efforts of staff members who have demonstrated a deep commitment to these values, and their work is a reflection of the university’s broader mission to promote equity and access. Their contributions have enhanced the fabric of the Stanford community by driving meaningful change in leadership, processes, and actions that support DEIB.
